Yes. Every company incorporated in Hong Kong must keep proper books of account under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112). SleekBooks is Sleek’s in-house accounting software, managed by our accounting team. It covers core bookkeeping like invoicing, expenses, bank reconciliation, and basic reporting; and you don’t need to log in or maintain it yourself.
Xero is a third-party platform that gives you direct access, with tools like sales invoicing, profit and loss, balance sheet, and accounts payable. It suits clients who want hands-on control or are comfortable with accounting.
Yes. A dedicated migration manager handles the handover and brings your records across from your current accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, or spreadsheets), so the switch doesn’t disrupt your day-to-day. You don’t need to chase your old provider or untangle records yourself. Once you’re set up on SleekBooks, you send documents in whatever format suits you and we keep everything reconciled.
Yes. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. The annual fee is paid upfront and non-refundable for the unused portion of the year, except in cases where Sleek has materially failed to deliver — in which case a pro-rata refund applies under our Terms and Conditions. After cancellation, you have 12 months to export your records from the Sleek dashboard.
