What is workplace injury compensation insurance​

Employers are mandated to purchase insurance for all of their employees that falls under the Workplace Injury Compensation Act (WICA) under Ministry of Manpower, which stipulates that the insurance is compulsory for employees who are involved in manual work, or whose salaries are $2,600 and below per month.
