No, Sleek Business Account is not a bank. Sleek is regulated under the Payment Services Act, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), with the Major Payment Institution (MPI) licence No. PS20200521.

All client deposits are securely stored in a Segregated Customer Account with DBS Bank Ltd, Singapore’s leading bank. According to the regulation, Sleek is not permitted to access the funds at any time or use the funds for company operations.

Currently, Sleek Business Account provides Virtual Accounts in SGD currency only. However, we will be adding multi-currency functionality soon!

Sleek is live 24/7! However, Sleek Customer Service is available during business hours. If you have an urgent matter, you can call us at +65 6909 2214 or email us at [email protected].

Like all Virtual accounts (VA), you will not be able to make any cash or cheque transaction using your Sleek Business Account. However, you will be able to make both local and international transfers and debit card payments via your SBA.

Definitely! Sleek Business Account allows you to send and receive money both locally and internationally or pay using your corporate debit card.

The Sleek Business Account is a free Virtual Account for your company, that allows you to instantly start receiving and sending payments. With SleekPay Business Account, you can expect to enjoy the privileges of

At the moment, we do not offer connections to Xero. But this is something we are working on, we will let you know once this is available.

Nevertheless, we do understand the convenience that Xero brings. This is why for Sleek Business Account users who are also subscribed to Sleek accounting services, our accountants have access to your bank statements and will be able to input your transaction details manually in Xero, hence you will not need to submit any bank statement to us.

Currently, the Sleek Business Account does not support Paynow transactions. However, we are looking into this for our upcoming enhancements. In the interim, if you have recurring collections, using FAST could be a better alternative as your payor only needs to save your account number in their banking app and thereafter it is easy to pay you. Furthermore, local transfer fees are absorbed by Sleek!

Currently, you are able to receive incoming Giro payments, however, you will not be able to set up a standing Giro instruction to collect recurring payments. We are looking into this for our upcoming enhancements. In the interim, if you have recurring collections, using FAST could be a better alternative as your payor only needs to save your account number in their banking app and thereafter it is easy to pay you. Furthermore, local transfer fees are absorbed by Sleek!

Currently, you will not be able to make Giro payments.


However, we are looking into this for our upcoming enhancements. In the interim, if you have recurring payments, using FAST could be a better alternatives as you only need to add your beneficiary account number once in the
Sleek Business Account web app and thereafter it is easy to make future payments. Furthermore, local transfer fees are absorbed by Sleek! You may refer here to learn how to add beneficiaries and send money.

The Sleek Business Account is available with all our accounting packages.  Simply select your preferred accounting package in our onboarding form and opt-in for the business account option. You will subsequently need to complete a short application form.  All applications are subject to approval. See eligibility criteria.

Sleek offers a quick account opening for the Sleek Business Account. Account opening will take 5 working days from signing up to an accounting package and/or the incorporation of your company (if not already incorporated).

No need to worry about losing your debit card, the Sleek Business Account Virtual Corporate Debit card is a free to use debit card similar to a regular debit card – except that the card information is stored securely and displayed electronically via the Sleek Business Account web app. With no default spend limit, you can spend whatever is the available balance in your Sleek Business Account account. If you do not have an existing Corporate Debit Card, please follow the steps below to request for your Corporate Debit Card:

  • First, click on “Virtual Card
  • Next, click on “Issue Card
  • Congratulations! Your card request is on its way and you will receive an email once your card is activated.

Every users with access to the Sleek Business Account will be entitled to the Virtual Corporate Debit Card. With every transaction logged under your corporate Sleek Business Account, you will be able to see all cards spend via the SleekPay Business Account web app. To request for an additional card, email the new user name and designation to [email protected].

Our refund policy:

We care about you – within 30 days from your purchase, if you’re unhappy with our services, we’ll refund our fee. Email or call us, and we’ll process the refund within five working days.

What it doesn’t cover:

We will not be able to refund Government fees once the application has been submitted, nor any third-party processing fees.

When it applies:

We cannot guarantee any specific legal outcomes when you use our services. For instance, a company registration might be filed correctly but still get rejected by the Company Registry for reasons beyond our control. We can only refund our fees for issues we are directly responsible for. In the case that you purchase a service and later change your mind, we can’t issue a refund.
