You simply share with us the name and contact details for your previous Company Secretary and we will arrange for their resignation and the collection of your company statutory records.
3. Completeness check on your records
As part of our due diligence process our compliance team will conduct a completeness check on your company records to see if any additional compliance work may be required to bring your company records up to date.
Then subject to final Know-Your-Customer (KYC) compliance clearance checks, we will then prepare and file for you the necessary documentation to appoint Sleek as your new Corporate Secretarial agent.
