Information Security Policy

We’ve obtained ISO27001 certification in 2 additional countries of operation – Australia and the United Kingdom, and maintained our certification status in Singapore and Hong Kong, valid for 3 years.

We at Sleek are committed to maintaining and improving information security within our practices and minimising both our and our stakeholder’s exposure to data security risks.

It is therefore Sleek policy to ensure that:

The confidentiality of corporate, stakeholder and customer information will be assured through various activities mentioned below:

• Information handling practices to keep all customer information secure
• Ensure the availability and integrity of access to facilities resources and information
• Implementation of robust business continuity across the organisation particularly in key offices and with key system and activity
• Assisting with proper implementation of security requirements and controls
• Provide security and privacy awareness training and education to all employees and contractors
• Conducting regular risk assessment and internal compliance audit
• Provide consistent security incident management across the organisation
• Annual reviews update of information security policies processes and activities

Each of these objectives is governed and implemented according to one or more information security policies. All information security policies and procedures are made available to all staff including contractors via company-accessible only Google Drive, and these information security policies are audited at least annually.
