We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Fintech Growth Manager to join us in growing our business of Sleek Business Account in all Sleek markets. You will be responsible for efficiently engaging and acquiring new clients at scale.

You will have a passion for understanding business owners, and an ability to creatively articulate the problems that keep them up at night. You will be skilled in translating these deep client insights into attractive solutions, compelling calls to action, and ultimately stunning business results.

You should have excellent customer relationships and communications skills, have a flair for marketing, and love to problem-solve and think on your feet. Additionally, you should be committed to exceeding customer acquisition and NPS targets, within a firm that cares deeply about creating client happiness. But more than anything, you will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about the role you can play in growing Sleek’s Fintech offerings to be trusted and well-loved solutions for entrepreneurs and business owners in Singapore and beyond.

Position Duties

  • Work with the Head of Fintech to plan and execute Neobank strategies, to achieve key metrics on acquisition and usage.
  • Partner with internal customer success and support teams to deliver excellent end to end customer service, including regular customer engagement and customer issues resolution.
  • Grow and manage ecosystem partnerships that are enablers or synergistic to the growth of Sleek and our Neobank solution, including collaborations on product bundles or joint activities.
  • Together with the marketing team, plan and create Fintech related content that serves to educate, showcase and promote Sleek’s fintech products.

Performance Standards

  • Maintain ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
  • Experience in SME customer facing roles like sales, relationship management, or branch banking.
  • Operating knowledge of payments and related regulatory requirements.
  • Enjoy engaging and helping customers, and possess good listening and communication skills.
  • Strong partnership and business development capabilities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being able to work independently, and having space to create and problem-solve.
  • Have a growth mindset that is collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in FinTech or SME banking roles.
