Mission
Explore the whole spectrum of the Talent Acquisition function through supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager for 6 months. Your role will integrate different dynamics from day to day Recruitment activities to highly rewarding long-term HR projects.
Outcomes
Talent Acquisition:
- Source top talents through a wide range of pipelines (job portals, LinkedIn, events…)
- Lead interviews
- Liaise and build trust with Hiring Managers
- Organise and participate in recruitment events (fairs, conferences, networking…)
- Build an exciting Candidate Journey to entertain the relationship between Sleek and potential future hires
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment dashboard
Campus Management:
- Build the Campus Management strategy to attract top interns & grads and increase Sleek’s attractivity
- Organise and participate in Career Fairs
HR Projects:
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in structuring the Corporate Culture
- Build a strong Employer Branding both online & offline to make of Sleek an employer of choice
Competencies
- Studying or graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to interact with personnel at all levels
- Entrepreneur, self-starter, enthusiastic and team player
- Agility, ability to multitask in a start-up environment
