Mission
The Administration Intern will:
- Handle office phone calls and client enquiries via counter
- Welcome office guests (clients, prospects and candidates)
- Reply to emails from clients
- Arrange for inbound and outbound courier (local and overseas)
- Receive, sort, scan and upload clients mails into Sleek online platform
- Organise and maintain a proper filing system, for mails and documents
- Manage orders, deliveries (groceries, suppliers, contractors) and office supplies
Competencies
The ideal candidate has:
- Academical background and/or professional experience in Business administration
- Ability to commit on a long-term internship (5 to 6 months) preferred. We are keen on considering the intern for a full-time position at the end of the mission which is why we have a preference for students graduating at or close to the end of the internship
- Detail oriented, meticulous
- Great communication skills and easy-going personality as the intern will engage with clients
- Self motivated and ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task, strong time-management skills
