Position Duties

  • Incorporation, annual maintenance and deregistration of Hong Kong companies.
  • Preparation of minutes, resolutions, annual return, AGM etc.
  • Updating and maintaining statutory filings and corporate records.
  • Changing in company structure / particulars e.g. shareholdings and directorships.
  • Work with the accounting team and auditors to ensure clients’ companies are in good compliance.
  • Advise external and internal clients on company secretarial matters, also handling non statutory matters such as due diligence or regular review.

Performance Standards

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration/Corporate Governance or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of related company secretarial experience in a professional firm or law firm (for HK companies)
  • Qualified professional member or student member of ICSA/HKICS will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn.
  • Willing to take on new challenges and excellent communication skills with people.

We care about you – within 30 days from your purchase, if you’re unhappy with our services, we’ll refund our fee. Email or call us, and we’ll process the refund within five working days.

What it doesn’t cover:
We will not be able to refund Government fees once the application has been submitted, nor any third-party processing fees.

For instance, a company registration might be filed correctly but still get rejected by the Company Registry for reasons beyond our control. We can only refund our fees for issues we are directly responsible for. In the case that you purchase a service and later change your mind, we can’t issue a refund.
