Corporate tax rate in Hong Kong is capped at 16.5%. For Profits Tax rate,  you are able to benefit from Hong Kong’s two-tier taxation where the first HK$2,000,000 is taxed at 8.25% and anything subsequent is taxed at 16.5%.

No licenses are needed unless you are trading in regulated goods like food, alcohol, controlled chemical, animals, pharmaceutical/medicines, etc.
