We are a team of 200 builders from 17 countries, with offices in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK committed to delivering a delightful experience to our clients!

We are looking for a driven, customer focused Salesperson to help quickly grow our business in Australia. You will be charged with efficiently acquiring new clients at scale, and ensuring they have an amazing client onboarding experience.

You will have a passion for understanding business owners, and a desire to make their life easier. You will be skilled in uncovering client pain points, and translating these into empathetic solutions. You should have excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills, gained in a fast-moving online start-up environment. Additionally, you should be committed to exceeding customer acquisition and NPS targets, within a firm that cares deeply about creating client happiness. But more than anything, you will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about the role you can play in creating Australia’s most loved business partner for entrepreneurs and business owners.

Position Duties

  • Exceed sales and NPS targets.
  1. Quickly respond to all online and phone new client leads.
  2. Build confidence and trust of clients and affiliate partners.
  3. Ensure new clients are efficiently onboarded and feel highly cared for.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve our client acquisition operations such as – log and track all customer interactions in the appropriate CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with and contribute to our marketing strategy, business development and operations teams.
  • Like any good start-up, be prepared to roll up your sleeves to contribute to other parts of the business as needed.

Performance Standards

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years sales and business development experience within SME or consumer sectors, ideally working in a high growth online start-up environment.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales and NPS targets.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hard-working, with a passion for satisfying clients.
  • A growth mindset, and an ability to analyse diagnostics and determine best next courses of action in a world of infinite possibilities.
